The taste of our duck ragù is full-bodied, very tasty and at the same time pleasant on the palate. Duck meat is lean and has a slightly sweet flavour. The duck sauce combines perfectly with the pappardelle and also with the pici from Podere Micheli, suitable for holding every piece of tasty meat.
