Hare ragù

Hare Ragù is a traditional peasant recipe, a typical specialty of Tuscan cuisine, which derives from the practice of hunting.
The recipe is simple and consists of hare meat: rosemary, sage, juniper and chilli pepper give it that characteristic taste of game meat.
