Linden honey 250g

Characterized by a rather light, amber color, the lime tree honey from Podere Micheli tends by its nature to crystallize, which is rather slow as regards the typical nature of the lime tree. On the palate it gives a fresh, sweetly aromatic flavour; while retaining a notable intensity and persistence, mountain herbs and mint immediately come to mind.
