GOURMET TIP:
This mustard, characterized by the spiciness of chilli pepper and the bitter notes of oranges, goes very well with medium-aged cheeses, but also with fresh and creamy cheeses such as stracchino, which lowers the spicy tones, as well as mascarpone and ricotta. It can be combined with burgers and red meats in general, enhancing their intense flavour. Even cured meats, such as cooked ham, mortadella and coppa, take on a totally new taste on the palate when combined with Podere Micheli's orange and chilli mustard.
