GOURMET TIP:

Don't let the name fool you: truffle is a very versatile cream; for first courses, it is possible to enrich a simple pasta by heating some cream with butter, adding a spoonful of truffle; drain the pasta and toss it directly in the sauce. The ravioli with truffle are also an excellent dish to satisfy both your palate and that of your guests.
