Podere Micheli’s wild boar stew sauce brings to the table one of the oldest and tastiest recipes of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Of absolutely popular origin, wild boar is a typical game of the upper Tuscia and the Tuscan Maremma, which then spread to the entire region. Wild boar has been hunted since the dawn of time in Tuscany and the meat, which our region is rich in, is highly appreciated and is characterized by its strong, full-bodied flavour.

Ingredienti: Wildboar meat 52%, chopped tomato (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, olives (olives, water, salt, acidity regulator E330 citric acid), extra virgin olive oil, wine (contains SULPHITES), garlic, salt, unsweetened cocoa powder, sage, juniper, pepper, bay leaf, thyme, chilli, mixture of spices.
