Millefiori is the most suitable honey for the table. Excellent sweetener, it goes well with all types of cheese. Richer in fructose than glucose compared to other types of honey, it is a classic for breakfasts and snacks, while at the table it is recommended with fresh cheeses and fruit salad. It can also be tasted as a contrast with mature or semi-spicy cheeses. Its presence is a touch of absolute goodness in ice cream, in natural yogurt: also worth trying in salads!
