A sweet scent that recalls spring characterizes Podere Micheli’s extra pear and rum jam. Contains a high percentage of fruit, 66%; it is in fact prepared with high quality fresh fruit, harvested in Tuscany. During processing, the classic cooking times of jams are respected, with careful and meticulous processing and slow cooking.

The extra pear and rum jam has a decidedly particular aroma; it adapts well to breakfasts, as a filling for croissants or spread on toast, but also as an afternoon snack on toast. It can also be used in the preparation of desserts such as cakes and/or tarts, and is very ideal in combination with mature cheeses.
