Podere Micheli’s tartufata has a precious and intense flavour, with the sweet aftertaste typical of this variety: truffle crouton paté is a specialty prepared with natural ingredients following an ancient recipe.

Ingredienti: champignon mushrooms 71% (Cultivated field mushrooms - Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, onion, summer truffle 4% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), black olives (water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid ), carrot, BUTTER, corn starch, salt, flavouring.

GOURMET TIP:
Don't let the name fool you: truffle is a very versatile cream; for first courses, it is possible to enrich a simple pasta by heating some cream with butter, adding a spoonful of truffle; drain the pasta and toss it directly in the sauce. The ravioli with truffle are also an excellent dish to satisfy both your palate and that of your guests.
