Podere Micheli’s Wild Boar Ragù represents, among our sauces, one of the most exquisite and ancient recipes of traditional Tuscan popular cuisine. From the Tuscan Maremma to Alta Tuscia, wild boar ragù is an important, ancient and characterful dish.

Ingredienti: wild boar meat 60%, tomato pulp (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, pork meat, wine (contains SULPHITES), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, olives (water, salt, acidity regulator : citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), pepper, bitter cocoa powder, sage, rosemary, chilli pepper, thyme.
